LineUp

Terms of Use

Effective October 23, 2026.

These terms are an agreement between you and the independent developer of LineUp ("we") for your use of the LineUp apps and related services ("LineUp"). By using LineUp you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What LineUp does

LineUp helps you find movies and shows across streaming services and opens them in those services' own apps. LineUp doesn't stream video or sell streaming subscriptions. You need your own subscription to each service, and their terms govern your use of them.

LineUp Plus

LineUp Plus is an optional subscription bought through the App Store and billed to your Apple Account. It renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple.

With Plus you can connect streaming services by signing in on their own websites inside LineUp. LineUp then reads your recent viewing from those accounts, on your device, for your personal use. Connecting is your choice, and you can disconnect at any time. Streaming services change their websites without notice, so a connection may stop working or miss some titles; we'll try to fix that but can't guarantee it.

No affiliation

LineUp isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Hulu, Apple, NBCUniversal, Paramount, or any other streaming service. Their names, logos and artwork are trademarks or copyrighted works of their owners and appear only to show where a title is available.

Information may be wrong

Availability, prices and episode information come from third-party data and change often. Continue Watching positions are estimates. We don't guarantee that any information is accurate, complete or current, or that opening a title will work in every app.

Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in method secure and tell us about any unauthorized use. You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse LineUp. For example, don't scrape or bulk-download its data, overload or attack its servers, reverse-engineer it to extract its data or keys, or use it to break any law or another service's terms.

Our rights

LineUp, its design and its code belong to us. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the apps for your own non-commercial use, under these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from.

Changes and availability

We may change or stop any part of LineUp, and update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use LineUp after changes means you accept them.

Disclaimer

LineUp is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or subscriptions, arising from your use of LineUp. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for LineUp in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state where we are based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded LineUp from the App Store, Apple isn't a party to these terms and isn't responsible for LineUp or its content, maintenance, support or warranty. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
